Casa Hugee originates from an economic premise: a contained rectangular prism. Upon this elemental form, the project intervenes with materials that disrupt it. Metal frames pierce the volume, a micro-perforated sheet metal pergola filters the light, and raw iron confronts the exposed concrete. Constraint becomes character.
